Your Glory Above
O Lord, another day you've let
some of Your sick sheep live.
O Lord, why must they suffer -
there is nothing more they can give.

The doctors know and the family knows
that their loved one is dying more each day.
It is a sad sight to see and you can tell
they are very upset by the words they say.

There is one word most people understand,
Lord, it is Your name.
"O Lord, Help me!" is what they call out.
"O Lord, Save me!" they all call out the same.

I pray for those who don't know You, Lord,
and will soon die.
Where will their spirit go? Not to You -
as the Holy Bible says and it shows us why.

As for me, may I die in good order. If awake,
may I call Your name -You're my hope and love.
Lord, on that day
may I enter into Your glory above.

Lord, may we call Your name.
