| Thinking About the Lord |
| Everyone should be thinking of the Lord because He is so near - we never need to stumble or fall. Heart, body and soul are then filled with joy when His name we call. Yes, Lord, you are always fair and You watch over us during trials to see what we will do. During those times your chosen ones will stay faithful to only You. You protect us and hide us in the shadow of your wings as You hover over us - they are so very strong. You fortify us for each new problem that comes along. My feet have not slipped from the path You made for us to follow each day. I am blessed and thankful that you will never lead me astray. My contentment is not in wealth, my peace comes from Your Word, Lord. Yes, only You and Your Grace. One day You will call me home and I will praise Your Name as the angels do in Your magnificent Holy Place. inspired by Psalms 16,17 written 9/26/2000 |
