Thick As A Brick
You know some of us have thick heads
thick as a brick.
They just won't follow Jesus and
they moan and groan that they are sick.

When they pray, which is not very often,
they forget it in a flash.
Never ever do they put anything in the
offering - not credit or cash.

I don't mean to put people down,
I'm just writing this poem for fun.
I feel that during Jesus' life
He also had some.

I'm sure He smiled and told many stories
so the apostles loved to hear Him.
But let us praise Jesus for He called
us away from our sin.
