| The Lord has the Power |
| Sin whispers to the wicked deep within their hearts and they have no fear of God to restrain them. They are blind and cannot see how evil they really are, they are slaves to their sin. They lie awake all night hatching their wicked sinful plots. Their course of action is bad, they make no attempt ot change their thoughts. But oh! How precious the Lord's unfaliling love is- all humanity finds shelter from the evil one. The Lord has the power. The Lord is a fountain of life and the light by which we see, he is our shining tower. So, don't let the proud trample on you, don't let the wicked push you around. Stand firm in the Lord's love and you shall find His Heavenly ground. inspired by Psalm 36 written 10/1/2000 |
