| The Lord Has A Plan |
| Dear Lord, I pray that I can start over and do better with my eating. Night after night I eat too much and it's defeating. Lord, I'm asking You for help so I can stop overeating again. Too much of anything, we're told, can be a sin. Help me get up and exercise and gain ground in my battle with my fat. I need to get rid of eighty-three pounds and Lord, we both know where it is at. Come Lord Jesus, and be my guest all day long be with me. I need Your help to get rid of these chains so I can be free. Give me the willpower to stay away from extra food all I can. Lord, You can do anything - You are my Great One, and for us all You have a plan. written 5/30/2008 |
