| Spiritual Milk |
| Friends, get rid of malicious behavior -don't pretend to be good, with Jesus in your heart you can be done with hypocrisy. Furthermore, be sure you get rid of back-stabbing and jealousy. We all need to crave pure spiritual milk so we can grow closer to salvation. Always remember the Good News no matter your station. Cry out to the Lord for His nourishment as a baby cries out in hunger at any time. Stay close as you can to our heavenly Father in spirit, soul and mind. Keep your taste for spiritual milk and you will always have that feeling.
