| Run For Your Salvation |
| Oh! How sad it would be if one ran for the prize of salvation and before the end pulled up lame. It would be a tragedy because living a life as a Christian is not a game. There are always those who do a lot of talking about how much faith they have in the Lord. Many of them though don't have the Love Of God in their hearts and they will never receive His great reward. We could all do better in everything that we do, but many times it just doesn't happen - it doesn't get done. Oh! My Lord, help us when we stray, have mercy on us - for it is the victory of eternal life with you that must be won. It seems as though in this life each new day is another challenge - another hurdle for us to overcome. Dear Lord, I pray that none of us will be stopped in our tracks. I pray that we all finish our distance that we are supposed to run written 5/9/2000 |
