The Long Line of Green, Blue and Gray
In the early morning's dawn
while I sleep, they come to me,
The long line of Green, Blue and Gray.

Marching on as far as the mind can see,
The long line of Blue, Green and Gray.

They are the fallen of all the wars, you see,
The long line of Gray, Blue and Green.

I know some early morning, the long line
will come for me and I'll take my place
in the Long Line of Green, Blue and Gray.
