| I Am Human |
| Dear Lord, forgive me I got mad and upset yesterday. I am sorry I lost control. I hurt my spirit I must say. I am human and I have many faults - that is my nature, that's how I am. I pray to you Lord, for more patience and peace of mind - I know you understand. It may take the rest of my life for me to learn not to lose my cool. Teach me Lord, help me to never again shout and act like a complete fool. The Holy Spirit is in me - what a blessing it is! The Holy Spirit helps me to stay on course and helps keep me secure. But, there is a battle going on between my sinful nature and the Holy Spirit - I know that for sure. Dear Lord, I will keep praying that I can grow stronger in the Holy Spirit - that is my daily prayer. I want to get rid of my sinful nature and in its place I want You there. written 4/29/2000 |
