Gold, Silver and Man
The purity of gold and silver can be melted
down by fire, that's true - it's a fact.
A man can be tested by his reactions to other
men's praise by the way that he will act.

If the man being praised gets the big head and
revels in other men's talk of him, it will show.
He will get proud and strut around
every place that he will go.

Some men however take praise from others
and live a normal, quiet life each day.
They know if they are spoken highly of
it's because God made them that way.

They don't seek fame or fortune they only want
to do their daily tasks and stop right there.
They will not stand up high and boast of themselves,
in that matter the man does not even care.
