| Believers, Humble Yourselves |
| Humble yourselves under the mighty power of God and in His good time He will honor you. Give all your worries and cares to God - for He cares what happens and what you do. Be careful! Watch out for attacks from the Devil - He is your great enemy; looking for someone to devour. Take a firm stand against Him and be strong in your faith each hour. Remember that all of your Christian sisters and brothers do the same things to resist the Tempter. Let your faith in our Lord control what you say and watch out for your temper. If Satan gets the better of you, He will cause you much heartache and sorrow. Don't let that happen - for God is with you now and every tomorrow! So, humble yourselves to our Lord and Savior and be one of the same spirit. Yes, my friends, stay in God's love and He will draw you closer to it. 1 Peter 5:6-9 written 10/11/02 |
